    Wife of active duty Spouse, which state do I file in?
    My husband is active duty and claims FL. We moved from VA to IN and I am now a resident of IN, I did not make an income(homemaker) in either state. Since we are filing jointly do I need to file at all in VA or IN? He will claim FL.

    You do not file VA or IN tax return.
