Me and my ex haven't been tog for 3 years the last time we talked we were going out to the city on dates for like 3 weeks and making out and it got to the point were we decide what we want t do with our relation ship
And he said he cared for me but didn't know if I was being serious or just playing with him so he pushed me away and I got with someone else...

So... just yesterday we went out to talk
And we basically said that our feelings for each other haven't changed
But he said that he doesn't want to be with me when he knows he can't be with me like I want him to be... ( boyfriend material)
He said his family is cursed and that everything he touches goes bad and right now he's 22 and providing for his parents and his older brother
He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I told him I can't do anything
I already told him my feelings and he has feelings... so the balls on your court...
But he kept saying he doesn't know what to do he feels like there's something that isn't taken care of between us whenever we finish talking...
And I told him "you feel like that because me and you still have feelings or each other and we haven't done anything about it and until we find out what we could be... he wnt stip feeling like that... and I won't either

He said that I don't understand that he cares too much about me to date me and possibly hurt me
Because before when we dated he hurt me and he was an ***

And now I don't know what to do or feel
Or what he's thinking

I care for him so much I have for about 7 years
Everyone says that when ever you see us tog its undeniable that there is something there...

As of now I haven't been able to sleep just thinking about the conversation,
And wondering about what he's thinking

Should I call him
Text him
Or wait till he makes the move

For sure he is confused and doesn't know what to do with you. He has feelings that flows when he is with you, but seems to ebb more when he is not. Pushing the ball onto your court, I would do that if I were to break up with my girl without having the guilt. Boys usually say it, like, "i dono what to do about this relationship, you tell me", to hear the answer that they both should break up for ultimate good. He is putting the blame on his situation rather than facing it.
Either way, it is not a win-win situation. He wants to move on, period.
