    Check breaker
    If you have check with a multimeter voltage at the contactor(where the main electric wires are connected)
    Should read 230 volts across both wires or close there abouts
    If you have power look at the capicitor the top should be flat ,not hooved up in any way.You might want to mark where the wires plug in , notice the capicitor is labeled Herm,, fan, and C
    The wires have to be replaced on correct posts ,you can remove after turning off power and ground the posts to get rid of possible stored power and take it to someone to have it tested and possible replaced
    Let us know what you`ve found out
