When I turn my a/c on, the air does not come on in the house, but the actual a/c unit that is outdoors turns on - I can see the fan moving. Sometimes the air will kick on and stay on for hours, and sometimes it won't come on for hours. I've been told it could be the circuit board. I'm wondering could it possibly something else.. any ideas?
