What if condo owner cancels vacation? Is Real Estate agency responsible?
Rented vacation condo six months ago for this upcoming weekend 8/8 - 8/16. Got a call today from real estate agency saying unit has bed bugs and they cannot allow us to go on vacation there. This is a peak vacation week and no other units are available. Besides refunding my money they have offered nothing but an apology. My car is packed, groceries purchased and guests are in route to condo. What legal recourse do I have and does the agency have any obligations?

    Where are you, Slinkysheri?

Does the contract have a forum selection clause (a clause specifying the law of any particular place applies)?

    Is there an arbitration clause?
