    AC unit ouside not wqorking
    I have a Lennox HS29-030-1p unit outside of the house that stopped for no reason.. I checked all the wiring going to it and all look good.. I cannot check the fuses though.. When I turn the breaker on it TRIES to start the outside unit I think due to me hearing a hum coming from the box with the two fuses outside but nothing else happens.. I have tried as much as I can and would appreciate it any help what so ever or anything else I can check...

    Sounds like you need to call the dreaded man. Someone with the tools and knowhow to find your problem.I could tell you a few things to do but you really need tools like a multi-tester, I`m always afraid of someone getting that last shock of their life .Your note tells me, Maybe I`m wrong that your prob. Is machanical/electrical and without electrical training you and most people would be in trouble
