    My boyfriend broke up with me since a year.
    My boyfreind broke up with me since a year ago. Ever since then I am still not over him. We still talk every month, just to check up on us. What is making me really sad is that I see that he has moved on with his life and it seems like he is no longer interested. He was the one at first to tell me that he loved me and all and now he doesn't care. It hurts me a lot :( I want to know what shall I do, I still have feelings for him and it hurts when ever I see him not caring about me anymore.

    Stop seeing him. Stop talking to him. Go No Contact (NC).

    Read this. It's an article about No Contact. It's a very vital tool in the healing process and you need it badly.

    Stop all contact with him altogether, and do as he has done, get a life that makes you happy, without him, and move on yourself.

    I agree with NC.

    That's what's holding you back. False hope. He doesn't feel the same as you. Period.

    The sooner that you remove him from your thoughts & actions, the sooner you will be able to move on. You are living in the past.

    The world is filled w/people. Go out & meet them. Re-discover things. You will be surprised.

    Its all up to you. He's no longer.

    Agree, you need to stop talking to him, it stops you from moving on yourself.
