    Robertshaw 9420?
    Very hot today. AC is shutting off before it reaches the setpoint. When it comes back on there are 2 snowflake icons in the display instead of one. What is the difference and is this normal.

    This means that both stages of cooling are called on. Be sure that the yellow stat wire is connected to Y1 terminal on t'stat.
