Needs opinion about hair straightener vending machine
    Hi,

I am planning to invest on a hair sraightening vending machine that can also be used to curl, wave or flip your hair. Here's how it works: the machine will be setup in a mall, gym or an office building and it will provide 2 minutes worth of using the hair straightener for $2.
    Facts:
This is a "self-serve" hair straightening service.
Hair Iron waits to heat up before counting down
    It's a wall-mounted machine.
    It's a self-cleaning straightener.
Security user system: It monitors every moment that the electrical voltage of the machine is the correct and in case that voltage change due to an external cause, then the security user system disconnect the hair iron immediately.

Rosemarie, I really must say this sounds like sort of a scam. Having this procedure is sort of on a personal level with most women, and I would have hygiene concerns no matter what they say about temperature.

When you really think about it, I would not want to visit this facility in a mall.

Sorry, this does not sound feasible.

It sounds a little weird, and I prefer using my own straightener. I straighten my hair with the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it works pretty good, removes static and leaves my hair silky and shiny :D

Looking for good hair straightener, but not $$$ [ 1 Answers ]

Seems the hair straighteners that cost under $50 just don't straighten well enough. My daughters hair in particular, she says her cousin's hair straightener gets very hot and works really well, but I think it was $100 or more. Any suggestions on those?
