They said that I was not wearing my safety belt right.At first he said he was going to give me a written warning and then they came back and fired me.

If your fired for "reason" then you are not entitled to unemployment. You can dispute the firing if you are denied and they can look into it. But if you violated a rule and was fired for it then its not likely your going to collect anything.

The employer may not object to your unemployment claim so I'd file. If you are denied due to being fired for cause, you can make your argument that you were not given the benefit of a warning and thought you were wearing it properly. You aren't automatically denied on the basis that they had a reason for firing you - usually the reason has to be willful or severe, suh as that you stole, started a fight, ignored warnings that you were late too often, etc. A safety violation might disqualify you but probably not if there were not prior warnings. All you can do is apply and see what happens.
