Unemployment benefits after being fired with cause
I worked for over a year for company "A". I was fired for being late to work too often and denied unemployment benefits. Few monthes later went to work for company "B". Then I was laid off after two monthes. Can I apply again for unemployment benefits? I live in Texas and I am having a hard time finding a job!

Its worth trying. If you were laid off at the new job and have worked for (I think) 18 weeks within a year (I think) you should be eligible if you are ready and available to work now.

You should get unemployment as you were laid off on job B. Apply again. You'll get it.
