help, my 93 civic will not start
help,my 93 civic dx will not turn over at all. When I first got the car I could start it with the key just fine, then it got where I could not get it to turn over(all the relays would click and the fuel pump comes on). So, my thinking was that the ignition switch was bad so I replaced that and for a couple of days it started up just fine. Then the car would not turn over with the brand new ignition switch and I had a friend wire in a push button to start the car and for the last month it started up fine with the key in the "on" position and pressing the push button. Then I noticed the car seemed to cut out while I was driving around at random(it would lose power and come back, but I don't think the car died),so I parked the car that night and when I went to start it the next day it wouldn't turn over at all. I noticed that when I put a voltage tester on the wire going to the starter, the wire going to the solenoid would get power with the key on but as soon as I tried to turn it over the power would cease to be there going to the solenoid. Any help would be appreciated

The battery is brand new and has a full charge, as far as the terminals, they have no corrosion on them. I played around with it some more and noticed that the sender wire for the starter gets a signal until you put a load on it

    . Remove all jerry-rigged wiring.

. Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Pay particular attention to the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse in the under dash fuse box. Remove the signal fuse, clean contacts with abrasive cloth, and reinstall.

. See if the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II).
