    Custody Issues
 I have sole custody of my 2 yr old daughter... the visitation agreement is to be discussed between the 2 of us with the stipulation that there is no alcohol or drugs allowed around her, or anyone that uses drugs, To day when I picked her up 2 people were there that actively use drugs... what do I do now?:(

That's a hard one, just knowing they do drugs won't be enough to stop visitation if it's court order. Unless you can prove it in court or your baby's father can't pass a drug test. Even then visitation may be supervised not stopped.
