Is icwa tough?

Hi,

I am thinking about joining for the course of ICWA or ACCA. Can you guys help me in deciding which will be better.
I have heard that the ICWA is a very tough course. Is ACCA as tough as ICWA. Which of these has a better Job opportunity.
