    Am I pregnant or paranoid?
    HELP. OK, I'm on the pill, and my boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside of me. I've came on my period but I'm still stressing! My belly looks swollen but I just keep telling myself I'm bloated. I'm now off my period and my boobs seem to be going down but I'm still so worried. Someone tell me if I'm paranoid!

    You are having a normal period? Then most likely you are paranoid.

    The pill is of course not 100 percent effective as you well know I am sure, and you realise that even if he does not ejaculate there are still sperm in the early fluids.

    So yes you can get pregnant
