HELP. OK, I'm on the pill, and my boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside of me. I've came on my period but I'm still stressing! My belly looks swollen but I just keep telling myself I'm bloated. You are having a normal period? Then most likely you are paranoid.

The pill is of course not 100 percent effective as you well know I am sure, and you realise that even if he does not ejaculate there are still sperm in the early fluids.

So yes you can get pregnant
