Hello, I have a Rheem ac unit I just had to replace the fan motor.
The red wire connecting the condencer to the compaciter burned away from compacitor after workinf good for two days so I twisted it back around it and it worked fine for two or three hours and went back off. I check again and the same wire had melted into another wire. Is this thing possibly wired wrong, do I need to replace the wire with a new one, I'm new to this does anyone know what the problem is?
