    If you let a boyfriend move into then you want him out does he have squatters rights?
    If you let a boyfriend move into your apartment then he becomes abusive, then you want him out does he have squatters rights?

    Not squatters rights - TENANT rights.. You have to EVICT him.

    No but thanks... he will hurt her if she does eviction or restraining order
    And he has her brainwashed so we her friends are trying to protect her.

    I myself think it's due to his controlling her and she is a needy woman.
