If you let a boyfriend move into your apartment then he becomes abusive, then you want him out does he have squatters rights?

If so, you may be able to get a domestic violence restraining order. If you get that, problem solved.

No but thanks... he will hurt her if she does eviction or restraining order
And he has her brainwashed so we her friends are trying to protect her.

There is nothing you can do. Only she can do something to change the situation.
