    My boyfriend fell and hit his head hard. He has slight memory loss.
    He blacked out a few minutes after he hit his head and can't remember this whole week, I'm very worried about him but he refuses to go to the er. Its been about an hour since it happen

    Retrograde memory loss, even temporary, is a serious indication. So is loss of consciousness for a number of minutes. In all likelihood the recall should return pretty quickly but the fact that it occurred remains serious enough that he should be thoroughly checked out.
