    Final Default Judgement
    I received a judgement against me in July 2008 for credit card debt from March 2004. I failed to appear on the court date and a judgement was filed against men. It is now June 2011 and received a letter from the debt collector attempting to collect this debt. What can I do?

    Pay the debt or work out a settlement.
