I need advice about my state jail felonys!
In 2008 I got a possession of a controlled subastance charge, and was issued 3 years deffered. I completed two years but got another charge in a different county. I did 8 months and was released on probation as well in that county. Now the first county has issued a warrant for my arrest for a Probation violation. If I wind up doing state jail time will the 8 months I served in the other county go towards any jail time they give me. I am sick of probation and just want to do my time. Will I be looking at a max of 2 years each or just total for both countys?

No, the 8 months you did was not for the first offense, it was for the second offense. You certainly have some creative thinking going on here about your sentencing possibilities, but that is not reality. Your violation of the first offense will maybe land you in jail for the original 3 year sentence. You'll find out at your VOP hearing. Hope you have a good lawyer to speak for you. You won't be looking for both counties' punishments, just the first county.
