    I have 2 felony theft charges in 1978,can they be removed?
    If they can be removed,can I legally own firearms?

    Hello r:

    You're going to need a pardon, and with TWO felony's it's going to be HARD, if not impossible, to get. However, it won't cost you anything to talk to a lawyer about it.
