    Central air, cut wire
    The green wire from the condenser to the breaker box got cut last fall. There are 2 wires ,a red and a white. I have reconnected these wire but the fan in the unit doesn't run. Any ideas?

    If 1 wire was cut and shorted, it may have shorted the transformer, or blown a fuse.
    Does anything else work? Inside blower? Heat?

    o.k. got it fixed. Twist nut connector broke one end of the wire. Thanks for the response
