    Belongings in ex boyfriends house
    My boyfriend and I were together for over 10 years and lived in a home together for 6 years. The home and utilities were all in his name however I paid utilities and my drivers license had that address as well. I left him and at the time was unable to take all my belongings. Initially he agreed I could leave them there in his care as long as I needed but now abour 1year 3 months later he doesn't want to allow me to get them. Do I have any recorse or has it been to long? The items include household items that I purchased like a fridge microwave bed TV entertainment centet etc.

    Anybody's guess. You would have to take him to court. The judge could rule that, by waiting 15 months, you abandoned them. Or not. File suit and find out.
