    I got locked up for a while my wife stayed with the house and all our belongings
    All I want to know is I'm going to get a divorce from her but she thinks she gets everything.its a little complicated because all of the belongings is worth about 50'000 that's furniture cars also all my tools .the thing is she didn't pay for anything. I tried to talk and say lets split it half /half but she's not hearing it .she also left bour house with unpaid bills also she moved everything out without saying a word to me when I was locked up .and know she wants everything.

    And your question is ? This is normal for a divorce, she or him always wants everything, or their idea of 1/2 is not the same as the other.

    That is what divorce court, mediation and court rulings are for. You hire your attoreny, she hires her, you each file for what you want, and it gets worked out.
    And at the end, no one is happy except the attorneys.

    Fr_Chuck is right. Unless you allow her to, she can't keep everything.

    You have to get in touch with an attorney ASAP.
