    How do I find a lawyer that is an expert in rent control in Los angels
    I'm working to start a new artist commune in Los Angels
    I need to make a legal contract that allows tenants to vote to remove a tenant is misbehaving (even if not doing anything illegal )
    Any free advice anyone wants to thrown is welcome, but I'm mostly looking for a lawyer who has experience with somewhat similar situations (Sober living houses? Transient housing? Other communes?) with LA's rent control laws, and want advice on how to find one to hire.

    Call the local Bar Association, tell them what type of legal advice you need and they will recommend an experienced Attorney.
