I'm working to start a new artist commune in Los Angels
I need to make a legal contract that allows tenants to vote to remove a tenant is misbehaving (even if not doing anything illegal )
Any free advice anyone wants to thrown is welcome, but I'm mostly looking for a lawyer who has experience with somewhat similar situations (Sober living houses? Transient housing? Other communes?) with LA's rent control laws, and want advice on how to find one to hire.
