Always best to check with your doctor as they may have specific reasons for you refraining from intercourse, however, it is best not to have it soon before the procedure, and you usually can resume after a few weeks. You will likely no longer have discharge and the risk of infection will have decreased. It shouldn't effect your fertility at all.

Your doctor will discuss the procedure, including any preparation and after care.

Chronic cervicitis [ 2 Answers ]

I need a qualified medical professional to explain to me possible causes of Chronic Cervicitis as a diagnosis from a PAP (or colposcopy I can't remember which). I have had abnormal PAP's, colposcopy's, and a LEEP so I am aware of the lingo.
