    Tubal pregnaancy
Hi my name is Ms.Unique and I have been experiencing a lot of early pregnancy symptoms, but the thing is my tubes have been tied for 7 years. I have the cramping feeling in one side of my pelvic and lower abdomen. I have a continuous pulling sensation when laying down flat or using the restroom. Frequent urination, constantly sleepy, and daily I am having nausea. What I need to know is could I possibly be pregnant? No I have not missed a cycle yet but it has changed days 3 months in a row and the days are getting shorter.

It is rare but yes you can be pregnant. Yours would be a situation where you will need to speak to your OB/GYN; but you can take a home pregnancy test first. There may be other reasons for the "pregnancy" symptoms and this test could help you make a more informed decision about your health going forward.
