    Tubal pregnancy?
    What are signs of a tubal pregnancy? Is it very painful? Will I still get my period? Will it show up on a pregnancy test?.

    Ectopic pregnancies are VERY painful-lots of unilateral (one sided) pelvic pains. And yes your pregnancy test will still be positive. I would make an appt asap. Best of luck to you.
