    I love her she also loves me i.e. but when I approach her she didn't talk at all.

    Just because someone looks at you, it does not mean they love you.
    If she has never told you so how do you come to the conclusion that she does.
    How old are the two of you?

    You cannot make someone fall in love with you.

    You can become friends and see if anything develops from there.

    Be yourself. Get involved in activities that you enjoy and will give you a common ground for talking to people (not just females.)
