    How do I stand in evicting my son who has lived rent free with me for a year?
    My husband and I live in a council flat last year my son of 42 got evicted from his and because he had know were to go
    He came to stay with us now things are so unbearable because he bing drinks and he is making my husband and I ill what are my rights in evicting him and how do I go about it

    I assume you are in the UK? Ireland? Scotland, England? Rights and laws vary depending on where you are.
