Water is leaking from the pool light junction box.
Water has been leaking from the pool light junction box for some time (based on the calcification on the box). What would cause this? Could it be coming from the pool light?

Most likely a bad gasket around the light box. Not expensive to replace but you will likely need to lower the level of the pool to below the bottom edge of the box.

Get yourself a tube of boss silicone get in the pool, take the light out and set it on the deck, follow the cord back to where it goes in the wall and squirt as mush silicone in there as possible let the light sit for 24 hours without moving it. After that put the light back in and you are home free. I've done this a lot at work
