    Theft by taking?
    Does Ga have a Grand Theft Auto or is Theft by Taking a car pretty much the same?

    Does Georgia even have automobiles yet? :cool:

    Georgia Code, Title 16, Chapter 8, Article 1, lists a number of theft-related offenses, but I don't see either offense you refer to named as such.

    Theft is theft in GA, (unless it is minor and then it falls under criminal tresspass) *
