Violating Probation 1st Time?
I am in fear of my life, I was beatened and robbed by gang members. My mom sent me to Indiana to stay with other family cause there is no family in chicago to stay with. I contacted my probation officer to let him know I'm not running from him, it's a life or death situation before a warrant wast posted. He gave me a court date and hearing to talk to the judge and explain the situation to him. What are the chances for jail time? And would the judge transfer my probation to another state. I'm on gang probation
