    They might put him in jail for a few days. But, I have no idea what the judge will do.

    When the Probation office finds out, he will most likely violate him, and have him locked up pending a hearing in front of a judge. What the jduge will do is unknown and will depend on too many unknown factors, most likely put back on probation after the time he has been in jail waiting on a hearing
