    Puppy Accidents
I have a 4 month old CHIPOO and for the last 2 days/nights she has been pooping in her cage. She gets it all over herself. She hasn't pooped in her cage for months and now all of a sudden is starting to. She had her last vaccination 3 days ago (monday) and ever since then her behavior is off. At the vet appointment I mentioned to my vet that our puppy pees in her bed still so she suggested I take the bed out. The day after (tuesday) her vaccination before I left for work I took her bed out and then crated her, I came home to find she had thrown up in her cage, I went out to cleaning in, the same night I still left her bed out of her cage and put her to bed, I woke up once again to her throwing up, as soon as I let her out she seemed find. So I decided to give her a towel in the crate to make it a bit more comfortable on the Wednesday, when we came home that evening she has pooped in her small space in the crate and had gotten it all over the place, so of course I cleaned it up and her and put her outside for a bit, the Wednesday night I decided to give her back her bed thinking this was the problem, I woke up at 6am to find she had pooped in her BED and had once again gotten in all over herself. I don't understand why the sudden change in behaviour. She sits in her poop and smears it everywhere. She has never done this in the past. We take her outside when we are home constantly and she has always pooped outside. I only give her enough room in the crate for her small bed, nothing more. Could this be anxiety? How do I get her to stop having a BM in her cage, its very frustrating as I have 2 young kids as well. I am getting to the point where I honestly can not handle this anymore and am considering giving her up which I do not want to do as it will upset my kids very much. PLEASE HELP!!

Four months has been long enough for her to realize the she wants more of your time and is protesting the only way she knows how. What are her general activities during the day ? Does she get enough play time, enough yard time, enough intermingling with the family. Right now she is not a happy camper, is obvious. I can see why you are at your wit's end though.

On a constant basis, how long is she in her crate during the day ?

I would take her out side before you put her in her crate and when you go to work try to make shure she pooped my dog does not poop in his crate he holds it but sense she is little she may not know so try peapad traning and every time she goes give her a treat then she will know it is good to go on the pad and sense you give her a treat she will want one so she will wait hope things go well
