    Tach goes up and down
    92 accord tach jumps between 1300 and 2500 when in park in drive its OK.. plugs,wires and cap are new what can be the cause

    Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM):

    It's best to do the coil, too, while you have the distributor open.
