    Need advice; Sexual Health
I am 20 years old and have been sexually active for about 6 months now with one partner. For the last month or so I have been getting sore during and after sex. I believe it is due to a lot of friction since we have sex pretty frequently. It burns and stings just below the opening and even feels sore inside when he penetrates me. I was wondering if this is normal? Also, the other night out of nowhere I felt considerably looser. I noticed it just as much as he did. It caused so much stress because he thought I have been cheating on him, but I haven't been with anyone else. It was so frightening because I have never felt that way before. Is there something wrong with me that could have caused that, and will it be that way now forever? Any advice would help, thank you very much.

To start with. Lube. If you're not producing enough of your own then get some. It is actually a common problem among women. As well he might want to spend a little more time on foreplay to get your juices flowing.

He also needs to tone down his jealously. It could be that he wasn't as 'Big' or 'Erect' as he usually is. I am not sure where the sudden looseness came from. It could have just been a variation that day. If this is concerning you, look up Kegel exercises.

What are you using for birth control? Depending, condoms can increase friction and hormonal birth control can dry things up.

As always you should probably go see a doctor. They can diagnose any other problems.

That is about all I can think of right now. Good Luck!

When you first become sexually active it usually does bring up questions about what is normal and what isn't.

And since "normal" varies from person to person it is always best to get a professional opinion from a doctor.

Soreness is common in cases of being new to sexual activity and as Morhead said in cases where the woman does not produce enough natural lube.

There are many types of lube available so it should be an easy thing to try and see if it helps.

The looseness in your vagina may be that you are becoming more relaxed and stimulated during sex. It sounds like an oxymoron but because you are more comfortable with sex , you may be getting more stimulated which can cause changes in the vagina like squeezing and also a relaxing.

In the relaxed state is where air can pumped into the vagina , then the vagina will contract expelling the air , you have heard the term queef.
That is what causes them so when and if it happens you can be less embarrassed or concerned.
I was quite a bit younger than you when I experienced this and my girlfriend and I were freaked not having a clue as to what it could be. Funny as hell now. Scared the hell out of me then.

All in all things sound fairly normal , but a visit to the doctor is the sure way to find out.
