    I live in nj but work in ny so which tax form I have to use to file a tax?
    I was living in newjersey and was working in newyork (it was in 2009 at my college). I was on student visa at that time.Can anyone please tell me which forms I have to use for tax retun?? Please help

    You file Form NJ-1040 for New Jersey and Form IT-203 for New York.
