My sistution isn't good henderson nv courts are very strick. I went through some very hard time lost my restaruant I invested 400k in , started drinking.In my neborhood 15 restaruants closed in a three mile area of eastern. Never had a drinking problem before, very professional person worked at large hotels in management positions. My house I put 350k down on went from 750k to 290k. Got in to a accident 1 mile from my home, was my day off had a couple of drinks at my restaruant. My restaruant was only 1 mile from home. I had gastric bypass surgery and ended up blacking out and I hit a tree and totalled my lexus gs 430 that was just paid off. I was charged 1st offense dui , drug school, coroners office, victems impact panal, 30 hrs community service1800.00 fine I did ev erything all classes and community service still paying on fines.
During the bankruptcy got into a fight with my husband of 20 yrs started drinking and got arrested at my neibors and they gave me a dui. So I had two firt offense dui completed all classes and stop drinking and payig 2500.00 in fine. Was pulled over in jan six months after my sentence for 5 miles over speed limit , found out my license was still suspended till this aug.went to court yesterday and received a 700 fine and 60 days house arrest. Now I have to go back to court next week and I'm facing 54 days in jail time for dui probation violation.
Can I offer to pay a big fine and add on to my house arrest. My husband works in Alaska I take care of our two dogs and our home. I almost have my home loan modifi but I need two work the next two months or if I go to jail I could loose my home I put my inhertinace in 350k and my new car I am making payments on, if I go to jail I could loose my dog I have had for 10 years.
I am only 35 years old and I am so scared any good advice . I have a new job and I am really trying to get back on track, I'm even taking the buss two hour to work because I know if I get pulled over they will take everything from me. How long will I have to pay for the un fortunute mistakes I've made. I just have some traffic problems no priors, I am not a criminal just a person that lost a lot during the rescion and now can't seem to get out of the system. Any good advice, please spare me the you were wrong speech I have to face these terrible concequenses and pray to god for forgivness. Please if anyone has any advice I would hubbley appreciate it..
