    Can the court take the my husband off the birth certifict and put the legals fathers
    Win me and my husband got merried My husband signed the birth certifct.. The court is doing dna testing to see if my ex boyfriend is the father

    If it was court ordered, then the answer is yes.

    Since the court has ordered a DNA test, it means that your local area will allow him to challenge paternity,

    Some areas may not allow this, but many will.
    I guess the issue is, did your husband, sign, knowing he was NOT the father and thus committed fraud ?
