    How do I evicit my girlfriend who now abuse drugs and alcohol
    My girlfriend has been staying with me for two years,now she abuse drugs and alcohol what must I do to get her out? How do I evict her?

    I need some help with this woman I'm with
    I have been with this woman for five years, I just got my apartment a little over two years ago this woman that's with me is started to abuse drugs and alcohol I can't live like this she has lived with me for the two years how do I evict her what are the laws on this.

    Need help with this woman.
    I live in CA. and no she is not on the lease, but she do get mail here plus the phone bill is in her name and it comes to my place.
