My girlfriend has been staying with me for two years,now she abuse drugs and alcohol what must I do to get her out? How do I evict her?

I have been with this woman for five years, I just got my apartment a little over two years ago this woman that's with me is started to abuse drugs and alcohol I can't live like this she has lived with me for the two years how do I evict her what are the laws on this.
