    Searching for a cartoon in the early 80s
    I am trying to find this one cartoon I used to watch back in the early 80s. All I remember is a Prince riding a horse with a companion and a evil tree jumps out to grab them. And the other part I remember he is fighting something and this something scratches his shadow and he gets hurt by it. I know it doesn't make any sense but those two parts are the only thing that stays out. Any help would be appreciated.
