    Dog cartoon from 80s or early 90s
    Trying to figure this one out. It was a cartoon with 2 dogs, one of them had a bandaged head and complained of having bugs/flies in his brain. The cartoon had a lot of swearing in it, and I thought the title was "Reservoir Dogs", not the Tarantino movie, but I can't find any info on it. Anyone know what I am talking about?
