    Hippa viloation on privacy law
    I went to get my sons record from his doctor and since he has a lot of pages they sent it out to stapples to be copied would that consider a violation of my son's privacy under hippa

    No. Many doctor's offices use outside sources to copy records if the records are voluminous.

    Only if they gave them to a staples employee to copy... if not then no!
