Requests for Admissions, interrogatories, and requests for production?
I was served at work back in February. I have filed a response to their summons and admitted to owing on the credit card but strongly disagreed with what they are suing me for. I also contacted the lawfirm and requested (March 3rd 2011) that they send me a copy of the contract I signed back in 2005. I have YET to receive this copy. Yesterday in the mail I receive a large packet thinking it was the contract. But it isn't it's a big packet of papers like the one I was served with but they are asking for "First requests for admissions, interrogatories, and requests for productions?" I read the first sentence and am COMPLETELY lost about what any of this is. I am not sure what to do at all. How do I answer? Do I answer? They have no stamp on them from the court? There are 2 copies? Do I have to file this and pay out of my own pocket because they decide to sue me for a card from 2005? I've NEVER EVER received ANYTHING on this card! Not even a bill so I have no PROOF to anything on this card except for what pulls on my credit! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Affidavit of indebtedness? PLEASE HELP ME?
I received a packet today from a lawfirm suing me. It is a packet of "Affidavit and Indebtedness?" I don't understand ANY of it. I was served back in February, Answered their summons, (also called on March 1st for a copy of the contract (Have yet to see it).Got another packet in the mail "First requests for admissions, interrogatories, and requests for production" I've responded with "As the defendant in this matter, it's not up to me to provide any documentation or admissions. I've requested a copy of the contract on yadda yadda and connot respond to your requests until you produce such validation." Now today in the mail I get another packet " Notice of plaintiffs disclosure statement" And it has a copy of the sales order, my I.D. credit card, when to be delivered, and a receipt that is not signed by me. But NO copy of the contract I signed? What do I do or how do I respond to this? They have it notarized, do I do the same with my response? I don't know how to go about it PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
