I received a felony g for theft greater the $10,000. I spend I months on work release, then got 5 years probation, then I was extended two years because, although, I was making restitution payment, they were not timely. Since my two year extension, I have missed on restitution payment. THe payment I have been making is substantially less than the amount I owe... My extended two year probation is up in November, but I want to move back to my home state now as I have just lost my job and need to be with my family... any words of wisdom?

The payments I have been making is substantially less than the amount I owe... but I am making them religiously My extended two year probation is up in November, but I want to move back to my home-state where my family and support is and now as I have just lost my job and need to be with my family... any words of wisdom?

At some point they'll probably let you off probation even if you haven't paid. Let's hope this is the time. If you want to move before then, read this.
